Location: Security/Main Hold

Leolacir stood, still leaning over while his hands supported themselves on the rec bench closest to the holo projector.

"I think we're here, finally," he said flatly. More focused on getting himself mentally checked for the mission ahead.

Elli burst into the main hold as the ship shuddered out of Hyperspace. She looked spooked. "Something is wrong our there! This planet... it's dark." a particularly odd comment to make on the behalf they were approaching from the dark side of the world. Of course many things that came out of her mouth were odd.

Leolacir turned his head, just barely able to get Elli in view.

"Tainted, by greed, malice, hatred, and fear." He said with severity, " those who would use their powers purely for personal gain. It can cloud your vision if you aren't careful."

Elli took the Jedi's comment to be about the planet, not about herself. She did feel some pangs of guilt for clearly not valuing whatever it was these Jedis held to be so important. "What you said, this world just feels very wrong." She had been in hedonistic pits of self gratification, some actually had good food, however none of them felt this empty. This was something more...

"Yes," the Echani said simply, "the dark side clouds my vision here."

He stood up from his comfortable position, looking over to Elli.

"We should be careful, this is unfriendly territory. I'm going to head up to the Cockpit, I want to get a look at this planet. You're welcome to come along."

Elli was impressed by the offer. After all the tossing of crates about going on back in the hold, Elli wasn't sure of his disposition for her. Plus he wasn't bad looking, for a human. Not that it mattered that much to her.

She shot a sidelong glance at Shadra who was a little too close to the Mandalorian for comfort. She quitely motioned for Shadra to follow her as she set off after Leolacir.

OOC: With many of the crew holding off on posting, after due deliberation Aidan and I feel it is better to postpone this sim until the new site after all. We can't really do too much without our Captain or pilot. Kevin, would you mind terribly if we did this?

OOC: Happy to yield to the desires of the crew. Let's just make sure we come back to this once the perm site is up. Elli is way too fun of a character to write to just let her drift in space.

I agree! I like all the characters we have on Accipiter, and the Old Republic (specifically Mandalorian Wars/Sith Invasion) period is one of my favourites in Star Wars, so you can count on me wanting this to resume in our new home! :-D
